I look forward to Yoska’s class each week. Teaching varies each time, is well-paced and is universal for all levels of ability. Would recommend to anyone starting yoga.

Yoska provides an excellent early morning yoga class at the Association of Optometrists. Her calm confident style combined with good explanations enables each member of the class to work to their own needs and requirements and ensures that the class is suitable for beginners through to experienced yoga practitioners. I love the way she encourages us to explore movements and each class is different, leading to one pose, rather than a formulaic approach.

Yoska comes here to our offices to teach yoga to our staff every week. She is a breath of fresh air and we look forward to our calm, peaceful start to the day. She goes through every move with us, explaining and demonstrating very clearly, gently helping those that need it, working on a different area of the body and yoga position every week. I would thoroughly recommend Yoska for both new starters or experienced students, we hope we can keep her for as long as possible!

Yoska teaches yoga with skill, passion and compassion. Through a sequence of postures her instruction is clear and motivating. When I walk out of the class I feel revitalised and tranquil. I thoroughly enjoy my Monday lunchtime yoga class and it is the best start to my week!

Yoska's yoga classes are a good mixture of movement and relaxation. I like the fact that the movements vary each week. For me the class runs at a good pace, it is not too fast and not too slow. Some of the poses may look simple to an outsider, but they are very powerful and you can definitely feel the benefits of them. I feel that Yoska is a caring and thoughtful teacher, aware of the needs of the different students within the group.

Yoska has been my yoga teacher for a few months now, and after each session I feel positively energised. Yoska is careful to take my ongoing health condition into consideration with the exercises we do together and adjusts them to suit my physical requirements and specific limitations. She manages to explains posture in a simple way whilst also providing an understanding of why we are doing them and what is achieved physically through the posture.

Throughout my pregnancy I looked forward to my weekly sessions with Yoska. The classes always left me in good spirits, having relieved a lot of the aches and pains that pregnancy brings. I am certain that the breathing techniques I learnt helped me hugely in labour.
